This dip is a quick and easy to prepare. It is inspired by the Caprese salad ingredients, yet it is more versatile, as it can be used as a dip, a spread, or a filling for stuffed chicken, mushrooms and peppers.

It is very nutritious as it is a good source of protein and a source of omega 3 fatty acids, yet it is low in salt, cholesterol and unhealthy fat.
